The British Plant Gall Society, which was founded in 1985, aims to encourage and co-ordinate the study of plant galls, with particular reference to the British Isles.  If you are interested in any aspect of plant galls or their inhabitants, you will be very welcome in the Society.

We are affiliated to the BENHS. A memorandum from Jerry Bowdrey is downloadable here and the affiliation agreement here.

The membership subscription is £10.00 per annum for British and Northern Ireland members and £15.00 for EU (including The Republic of Ireland) and overseas members.

Members receive the twice-yearly  magazine Cecidology, and are entitled to participate in all meetings, and to seek advice and information through the Society.
